Below is a resilience ppt that was put together as an intro for teachers. However, it could be readily adapted for parents I think. There are also notes pages included. The presentation attempts to build participants’ understanding of resilience and has them spend a little time focusing on their own resilience. This is predicated on the assumption that building one’s own resilience is an important first step before building another’s. I’ve also attached a Resilience Quiz, which encourages participants to self-reflect and consider how they might foster their resilience. Regards Grania McCudden
